I'm so jealous! You're in NY and eating and booking and I want to be there too! I went to Chikalicious in August based on coffeeandink's earlier write up and had the warm chocolate tart too. Oh. My. God. SO good. Warm and gooey with the wine sauce that wasn't really sweet, wasn't really sour either, just subtle and clarifying. Then the peppercorn ice cream that was just very fresh and clean tasting. I loved the little bits of cracked and I assume toaste, peppercorn that gave it a hint of spiciness without any of the uncomfortable heat. And everything there is so cute and perfect! Just these tiny, exquisite bites. Yum yum. The people are very nice too.
