Murphy's law in action....

  1. I washed my car over the weekend. It rained on Monday.

  2. My appt. with Gail has been moved to Monday, due to last minute circumstance changes.

  3. I get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow, which means I can't have peas for another week in a row.

  4. My cable is still fuzzy. Honestly, I could care less, except this means that my Food Network is fuzzy. *Wails*

  5. My budget is uncomfortably tight.

  6. The rat statues I ordered still haven't come, and it's been two weeks.

  7. I haven't started shopping for Christmas yet.

I now stop whining.

I got my wisdom teeth out last Friday, and I've had some luck chewing, after the first two days. Well, that and swallowing tiny bites of food unchewed. I got sick of jello.

Good luck!

*hugs*

I got out of the shower this AM and slathered liquid soap on myself instead of lotion.. I showered again. *sigh* I smell very nice. I am well showered.

Then, of course, because I was late (but well showered,) Coley managed to get stuck in a rose bush. (No idea. He's adorable and a love; but,...) Now, I am sweaty, later, and my black suit is full of nicks and dog hair and I am cursing and pruning a dog out of a rose bush... in my snagged suit, gorgeous cream poets blouse, running silk stockings and very (previously perfect) tiny black slingbacks.

Of course it starts to rain.

*hug* I do wish that hadn't happened with your appt, and yuck on the other stuff.

Yes, Cole is fine ;-) of course. He's asleep in a big (deceptively) innocent pile of boneless furry dog around my feet.

Christmas is coming?

re: your rat statues, were they supposed to be here by now? My last two packages arrived at the package office on time, but I never received any notice or slip. They were there an entire month before I just walked over to check. If they should be here, you might want to see if the package office has them.

I'm glad I could help! That package office drives me crazy.
