Actually, I'm more confused as to the process of kettle-chip-cooking, not so much as to the appeal thereof. Are they just... cooked in a kettle?

And... wah! Sweet potato fries! They sound so good! Hey, if we end up meeting in Mtn. View when you come visit, we must go and have taro fries!
