I was going to suggest kettle chips because they're thicker and crunchier and very potatoe-y, but it seems they just baffle you. they come in delicious and unusual flavors though like yogurt and green onion (much like sour cream and onion actually).

We do indeed have sweet potato fries down here! They're delicious! I've had healthy sweet potato fries in Providence which were good, big gooey wedges, but I like the ones this one restaurant down here makes, they're thin like regular fries and sweet and crispy on the outside but mealy on the inside. Mmmm....maybe I will go there for lunch.
